This book offers a look at the public and private spaces in the residence, the lives and experiences of the families who have lived there, and the history of the house itself, from conception to renovation to its present appearance. Betsy interviewed fellow first ladies and family members who had all lived in the current Governor's Residence as a way to historically preserve the memories made and events that took place.
