Enhanced descriptions from Syndetics:
Composer Bear McCreary returned for the second season of the time-travel series Outlander, which moves its setting from Scotland to Paris, France. He provides over an hour more of the show's popular mix of symphonic atmosphere and regional influences here, adding French Baroque music to its purview without giving up the traditional Scottish folk of the first season. Outlander, The Series: Season 2 also offers two new versions of the show's theme song, "The Skye Boat Song," including a French-language rendition sung by Raya Yarbrough. The album continued the show's streak of appearances on the Billboard 200 and Soundtracks chart. ~ Marcy Donelson
