Voted, on motion of Mrs. Danforth, That the Department Secretary be the committee to have charge of binding reports and presenting them to libraries. The Department President read a series of resolutions from J. P. Rice Corps No. 113, Westminster, viz.: --Whereas, It frequently occurs that Woman's Relief Corps Charters are draped by order of National, Department and Corps Presidents at the same time, it seems desirable that some distinctive mark be placed thereon; therefore Resolved, That whenever a charter be draped by National or Department orders, a suitable yellow or red ribbon be added.
