Milla Edge runs an organization called Finders, devoted to locating and recovering missing children. Finders gets most of its funding from businessman True Gallagher, and much of its information on child-snatching rings from a mercenary named Diaz. Both men have ulterior motives for helping Milla, and hope to achieve their secret goals by offering Milla what she wants above all else: the return of her own kidnapped son, Justin.
