King Bill Hale has decided that he wants the graze in the high country for his cattle and to get it he must drive out the nesters. Cub Hale, King Bill's son, is a killer who has been running rough-shod ever since he became old enough to carry a gun. Kilkenny joins forces with the other nesters to defeat the powerful rancher.
