A retired skateboarding veterinarian living in a remote Scottish village encounters a goat who thinks he's a dog, an Admiral who's afraid of the water, and a beaver who was raised by rabbits.
A roller coaster adventure about the race to save the last beaver in Scotland is led by Sir Billi, a vet by profession who makes it his job to protect all animals.
