Enhanced descriptions from Syndetics:

Vol. 14 of Eric Records' Hard to Find 45s on CD rounds up a lot of relatively rare, soft rock hit singles of the '70s and '80s. Several of these, like Albert Hammond's "It Never Rains in Southern California" and Gerry Rafferty's "Baker Street," are in heavy circulation, several more were staples on Rhino comps of the '90s, but a few of these -- like Double's "The Captain of Her Heart" and Climax Blues Band's "I Love You" -- are genuinely rare and that's what makes this worthwhile for the kind of hardcore Top 40 collector who's looking for hits that haven't found their way to digital elsewhere. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine
