Enhanced descriptions from Syndetics:

Although a lot of this has previously appeared on various out-of-the-way reissues, this is the best compilation to date of the material Fuller recorded between 1961 and 1964 prior to signing with the Mustang label. The two-disc, 52-track package has both sides of the seven singles he made for the Yucca, Eastwood, Exeter, and Todd labels, as well as a wealth of unreleased cuts and alternate versions. It's not as polished as his more renowned mid-'60s records, and it's more derivative of his '50s heroes, particularly Buddy Holly. But it's almost as good as Bobby's most celebrated work, marked by a combination of incessant brash energy and infectious Hollyesque melodies. Fuller's confident vocals and guitar playing, even at this early stage, were equally capable of delivering raucous rockabilly and sensitive, emotional performances. Completists should note that although some of this hasn't seen the light of day before, this reissue doesn't gather everything he did during these years; other cuts are scattered on other compilations. Much of the previously released tracks, though, appear here in much better fidelity, and the discs are carefully sequenced to spread the alternate takes far apart from each other, icing the cake of an excellent reissue. ~ Richie Unterberger
