Enhanced descriptions from Syndetics:
Conceived in response to the success of The Addams Family, The Munsters became a huge hit for CBS-TV in 1964. Decca Records decided to cash in with a Munsters-themed album. They hired veteran producers Joe Hooven and Hal Winn to record the album. Hooven and Winn in turn hired the Wrecking Crew to play on the album, most notably Glen Campbell and Leon Russell. Plenty of lighthearted monster and Munster references, all set to a light surf beat. Never before reissued in any format.
