Bob's can-do crew is busy decorating for the holidays and building a concert stage for rock stars Lennie and the Lasers. Bob finds out that his twin brother, Tom, is coming all the way from the Arctic Circle to visit Bob for Christmas. Unfortunately, things don't go as planned. Spud is up to his usual pranks, Lennie discovers he can't sing and Bob forgets his Santa costume. To make matters worse, it seems that Tom won't be making it home for Christmas.
