520 | _aIn 1993, Brunson was asked to travel to Turkey, the largest unevangelized country in the world, to serve as a missionary. In majority Muslim countries, Christian churches are bombed or burned; believers are harassed or imprisoned; in some places even the act of trying to share the gospel is illegal. Brunson and his wife, Nadine, were reluctant at first but became convinced this was God's plan for them. In 2016 they were arrested. Norine was released, but remained in Turkey. Andrew was imprisoned, and accused of being a spy and one of the plotters of the attempted coup. This is the true story of his imprisonment and his eventual freedom. -- adapted from jacket | ||
